Shipping policy

When will I get my order?

If you order by 12pm, and your item is in stock then we aim to dispatch it the same day. Orders placed after 12pm should leave the following business day.

Please note that we make almost everything on our website here in Dunoon, and we try really hard to keep every product in stock, but sometimes something will sell out. If we've run out of an item you ordered then we'll make you one. This takes us about 48 hours. If your order is urgent then we advise that you give us a call or drop us an email so we can check stock levels of the items you want. 

Please note the vast majority of our shipments are despatched via Royal Mail. On some occasions it may be necessary to use an alternative service such as DHL, TNT, UPS and Parcel Force.

Upgrades for 1st class, and special delivery are available.

*Hoodies, larger horn items, glassware, books, mead, and other bulky item are shipped on a weight basis. They have a seperate delivery charge and prices start at £4.99.

If you have a mix of small and large items in your basket then you may incur a combined shipping charge. Shipping for our standard size items is free once their combined basket total passes £50.
